Do you ever feel like…
You get excellent performance reviews, but the perfectionist-burnout cycle you’ve used to achieve that success is slowly killing what little passion you have left for your career.
Your partner forgot a few items from the grocery list, and you’re instantly flooded with anger and exhaustion. You ask yourself, “Do I have to do everything myself?”
Your kids keep asking you to play with them while you’re stuck responding to emails after hours. The parental guilt keeps your thoughts racing for the rest of the night.
You open your phone to a million missed texts from friends and family. You have zero energy to respond let alone go out, and you secretly grieve the loss of the fun, carefree person you once were.
My mission as your psychologist:Â
You’ve built a beautiful life based on your many strengths; they’re what make you, you! Somewhere along the way, these wonderful parts of yourself morphed. They’ve turned into a prison of exceedingly high expectations, and constantly prioritizing everyone else’s needs over your own. I’m here to challenge those underlying beliefs that you are never enough, and help you find peace in the chaos that life inevitably brings.Â
At the heart of my work, I don’t see you as a problem to be fixed. I want to help you recognize when your strengths are serving you, and when they aren’t. Let’s work together so you can rediscover all the best parts of who you are; taking away the pressure to perform, and return to living life with intention, purpose, and contentedness.Â
Your Therapist in Woodinville, WA
I’m a licensed psychologist, mother/wife (aka general life manager), founder, owner, and fellow high-achiever. I’ve been where you are, and, trust me, you are not alone. I want to walk alongside you in the journey of releasing all of the unrealistic expectations that have built up over the years, and support you in rediscovering your worthiness.
I offer a compassionate, yet direct approach in my work with clients. While reflection and processing are invaluable skills, they aren’t what take you to the finish line. No more therapy spent sitting in front of a blank face nodding at everything you say. Sometimes we need a little tough love and elbow grease to make, meet, and maintain goals that lead us to a more fulfilling life. That’s my cue.
noun. [ ree-wahyl-ding ]
the process of ecological restoration and reparation where nature takes the lead in its own healing, and, in doing so, grows into a richer, wilder state than ever before.Â

Functioning well and experiencing emotional distress are not mutually exclusive. Sure, you meet all the deadlines, plan all the meals, and keep life running smoothly for everyone else; so does that mean you aren’t allowed to be frustrated and exhausted and overwhelmed? The simple answer is no. It is ok to feel distressed about the weight you carry. Therapy can help you explore whether or not your current style of functioning is actually working for both you and the systems you belong to, followed by giving you tangible strategies to build something better. Something that is more doable, more manageable, and more sustainable. For more information, check out the full FAQ page.Â
If you’ve made it this far, chances are we’re probably a good fit. More specifically, if you’re looking for a doctoral-level provider who offers evidence-based therapy for support with anxiety, depression, burnout, parenting or caregiving issues, and grief, then I might be the one for you! The good news is that you can schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation to get a better sense of who I am, and how I can support your individual, unique needs. For more information, check out the full FAQ page. Â
I offer in-person visits that will last about 50 minutes in length. In terms of session content, I believe that we have an innate sense about what is the most relevant to address in a given day or session. This means that I will generally begin by asking, “Where would you like to start?” In my experience, this creates a flow that allows us to explore what is most meaningful to you in that moment and how it ties to your overarching therapy goals. For more information, check out the full FAQ page.Â
I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that while I do not accept insurance directly, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. You can instantly check your benefits here, or you can contact your insurer directly. Using out-of-network benefits means that you would pay the full fee for the session at the time of your appointment, I would provide a superbill for services rendered, and you would submit the superbill to your insurance for reimbursement. For more information, check out the full FAQ page.Â
I am currently accepting new clients, and will be available to begin therapy starting in January 2027. For more information, check out the full FAQ page. Â
